Vince Neil says no more trashed hotel rooms for Motley Crue

Gone are the days that Motley Crue trashed hotel rooms. In fact, our hometown hero and lead singer Vince Neil says those wild times are long gone. He explained that the group left a trail of devastation from their first tours -- but no more.
Said Vince: “When you’re young and it’s your first tour, you just wanna trash the hotel room. It was great; go ahead and do it. But at the end of the tour when they deduct for the broken TVs and furniture, you ask yourself how come we didn’t make any money.”
Today they leave the rooms as neat as they find them and hold on to their money! Vince says the group has also mellowed from the hard-drinking days.
“I have mine occasionally now. Same as Tommy. Nikki has been sober for eight years, and Mick is on too much medication to really drink. That’s what it’s become,” he added. “I used to drink a lot.”
But the closest Vince comes today is just handling the bottles of his tequila and wine companies and checking on the profits! “They are both doing really well,” he said.
