First Food & Bar opens today for 21/7 business in the Palazzo

First Food & Bar in the Palazzo is open "21/7," with a late-night menu that offers a post-club alternative to the drive-thru or casino cafe.

After a week of run-throughs and shaking down the systems, the new and much-anticipated First Food & Bar from New York City opens tonight at the Palazzo. Executive chef Sam DeMarco ran First in Manhattan for 10 successful years before he moved out to Las Vegas and was at Sam’s American in the Bellagio.

It’s almost a round-the-clock 24-hour restaurant serving the late-late-night crowd -- so much so they’re likely to bump into the early morning breakfast bunch! First Food & Bar is a new concept for Las Vegas and comes complete with its own pool table saloon.

It’s a monstrous menu with large portions and an emphasis on fun and being different. There’s a deejay to establish the mood as the times and meals change over. You’ll find the restaurant on the second level of the Palazzo near Barney’s, and the view of the Strip over to the Treasure Island Sirens show is sensational!
