George Maloof’s Palms was wall-to-wall celebrities the entire weekend: Gavin Rossdale ordered miso soup and a filet for dinner at Iron Chef Kerry Simon’s restaurant in Palms Place. … The weekly Ditch Dating Game poolside at the Palms featured our 702.tv host Emily Gimmel of SoapNet's reality series Southern Belles and N9NE Group’s David Gutierrez, with DJ Eric Cubeechee spinning for the packed party. … Singer Christina Milian and Grammy Award-nominated rapper The Dream were together in a VIP cabana surrounded by security until he took to the stage. He hung around afterward and talked with fans. … Funny Car drag racer Ashley Force Hood, daughter of NHRA champion John Force and the first woman to win at the NHRA Summit, arrived with sister Courtney Force. … UFC fighter Clay Guida conducted a sparring session poolside with his trainer. … Boston Celtics star Paul Pierce hung out at the stage area near the DJ booth enjoying a Maine lobster roll and chicken Caesar salad along with pina coladas. Paul continued to N9NE Steakhouse and ordered rock shrimp and salmon and Patron. … At a nearby table, NHL legend Gordie Howe and four friends enjoyed onion soup, a bone-in rib eye and s’mores for dessert. … Upstairs at Nove Italiano were UFC fighters Diego Sanchez, Joe Stevenson and Melvin Guillard dining separately with family and friends. Diego brought his own food for executive chef Geno Bernardo to cook, but Melvin enjoyed Bufala mozzarella pizza and Nove spaghetti. … UFC fighter Clay Guida posed for photos in Moon, where Paul Pierce stuck to Fiji water at his VIP table on the stage. … UFC color commentator and standup comedian Joe Rogan hung out at Ghostbar and stuck to Fiji, while in The Playboy Club actor and radio personality Harland Williams and comedian Cort McGowen were at a VIP table drinking Fiji and Ketel One.

Joe Rogan hosted a post-fight party and celebrated the premiere of his new comedy special on Spike TV at Tao in The Venetian. After dinner, Joe and his pals went up to the nightclub, where a bevy of beauties made their way over to his table in front of the DJ booth. … Taking fashionably late to a new level, heiress Nicky Hilton arrived at Tao at 3:30 a.m. with boyfriend David Katzenberg to dance on the catwalk to the sounds of DJ Vice. The previous night, Nicky, David and showman pal Jeff Beacher enjoyed Italian specialties at Lavo in the Palazzo, where they also danced the night away to the sounds of DJ Crooked as oil heir Brandon Davis and New Jersey Nets player Vince Carter looked on. … Spotted at Tryst in the Wynn was singer John Mayer, UFC fighter Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, poker stars David Williams and Nenad Medic and British model Louise Glover, Playboy’s 2006 Model of the Year. … Nearby at Blush were New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, NBA star Vince Carter and VH1’s Charm School headmistress Ricki Lake. … And at Carey Hart’s Wasted Space in the Hard Rock Hotel were members of Alien Ant Farm.
