Miss Playboy Club reaches halfway mark as sixth winner is chosen

Five glamour girls have been named Miss Playboy Club in the monthly contest that began in January. Now the beauty battle has reached the halfway mark with Amber Nicole being picked as Miss Playboy Club June 2009.

By year’s end, these six curvy creatures will be joined by another six winners for the first-ever Las Vegas Playboy Club 2010 calendar! Playboy May 2006 Playmate of the Month Alison Waite announced Amber’s win.

Playboy prince Hugh Hefner says he will review each of the Las Vegas winners for consideration to appear in a Playboy centerfold pictorial. Each month’s winner becomes the new face of the world’s only Playboy Club, right here in Las Vegas, and models in the ad campaign. She picks up a whole package of Palms goodies, including dinners, spa massages and nightclub parties -- and an all-important photo shoot!

Playboy’s 2009 Playmate of the Year Ida Ljungqvist, wearing an elegant black sequined dress, hosted the Good Life party at The Playboy Club. Miss Playboy Club May 2009 Gemma Farrell, Miss Playboy Club January 2009 Destiny Moniz and Miss Playboy Club February 2009 Meghan Beck attended the party, as did former NFL running back Stephen Davis with a group of friends.
