Paris Hilton dresses in disguise to hit the Strip nightlife
By Robin Leach
Paris Hilton in disguise at Jet in The Mirage.
It took only two days for Paris Hilton to stray to the Strip from her Hard Rock Hotel headquarters, where she’s filming Season 2 of her MTV reality series Paris Hilton’s My New BFF.
With new beau baseball player and The Hills actor Doug Reinhardt with her, Paris turned up at Jet in The Mirage, and they disguised themselves in black from head to toe. Doug wore a black hat, and Paris donned a long black wig, heavy Gothic-style eyeliner and a black fedora.
She went unrecognized for a while, but the deejay and partygoers at the weekly industry night shindig spotted her. He then turned the wheels of steel to play her hit dance songs “Turn It Up” and “Stars Are Blind,” which immediately got Hollywood’s newest and hottest couple dancing and smooching.
One spywitness told me: “This isn’t the first time that Paris has dressed incognito while visiting Jet. Last year, she showed up wearing a black Afro wig and wound up when recognized in the VIP section squeezed in beside drummer Travis Barker.”
Paris checked into the Hard Rock Hotel on Sunday after a weeklong vacation after her 28th birthday celebrations here. She and Doug went on scuba-diving expeditions in Maui while they were away. She’s expected to be here through the end of the month filming her new episodes.

Filming at the Hard Rock began yesterday morning for BFF. Her 20 hopeful contestants started the grueling day at 11 a.m. and didn’t end until 2 a.m. The filming took place all over the resort casino, including in the Celebrity Suites, Body English and the front entrance valet area.
Doug flew in on a private jet to meet up with his sweetheart and make a special surprise appearance in a few of the scenes shot inside Body English. Doug is staying with Paris at the property and may possibly appear in a few more scenes during filming this afternoon at the Hard Rock’s Rehab pool.
