In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, our Merry Mayor of Mirth Oscar Goodman presented O’Sheas’ lucky leprechaun with a key to the city this morning.

Our contributing photographer Erik Kabik was on hand when Oscar awarded the key to lucky resident Brian Thomas. Oscar also officially declared the center Strip casino “the luckiest place in Vegas” this St. Patrick’s Day.

Glamour showgirl Kelly was on hand, and the casino invited all redheaded ladies into the block party for free green beer!
