We can’t let yesterday’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations pass without noting the party Mark McGrath hosted at Lavo in the Palazzo.
The Sugar Ray lead singer and former co-host of Extra for two years even had a four-leaf clover tattooed inside his right arm to commemorate March 17. Mark also made certain that his belt buckle was the right shade of green!

Our contributing photographer Scott Harrison was on the welcome carpet when Mark flashed his jacket to display his shirt from his Norwegian black metal band Gorgoroth, and I promise that the next time I run into him, I will find out the deep meanings behind that!
Longtime girlfriend Carin Kingsland and a bevy of sexy leprechauns joined Mark, who also wore green shoelaces. Before going upstairs to Lavo, Mark hosted a center table in the restaurant and showed off even more Irish tattoos!

Carin, however, took charge and turned the tables on him in the nightclub. She decided on a belated birthday surprise. Mark celebrated his 41st birthday this past Sunday, so Carin got Lavo’s sexy servers to bring out cupcakes and sparklers for a “Happy Birthday” sing-along.
Then another surprise early this morning! At 1 a.m., party princess Paris Hilton waltzed in with new beau Doug Reinhart. She’d just completed night filming of her Paris Hilton’s My New BFF MTV reality series at the Hard Rock Hotel and brought some of the cast. Paris wore a green skirt to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and a shiny rhinestone headband.

Doug and Paris grabbed a VIP table in front of the DJ booth near Mark, so it was inevitable that their groups would merge. Mark and Paris happily posed for our contributing photographer Aaron Thompson. Paris had the servers concoct a special (and unusual) mix of orange juice, lime juice and Bloody Mary mix to go with the Patron at her table.
In between canoodling and kissing with Doug, Paris jumped on the mic with Mark to kick off the contest to find the sexiest leprechaun of the early morning party!
