Planet Hollywood mogul Robert Earl plays Cupid for Bruce Willis’ wedding

After a year’s romance, action hero superstar Bruce Willis celebrated his 54th birthday by marrying his 30-year-old British supermodel girlfriend Emma Heming. Bruce even invited ex-wife Demi Moore, their teen daughters Tallulah Belle and Scout and 20-year-old daughter Rumer, plus Demi’s husband Ashton Kutcher!

I learned about last night’s wedding from Planet Hollywood chieftain Robert Earl, who’ll arrive in Las Vegas tomorrow. This afternoon, he confirmed the breaking news flashes from US Weekly, People and The Miami Herald reporting that Bruce and Emma had married at Earl’s luxurious Parrot Cay resort on the jet-set Caribbean island of Turks & Caicos.

Die Hard hero Bruce has a home there, and the small group of wedding guests stayed at the hotel. Superstar Madonna also flew in for the private and top-secret wedding by private jet from an estate in Wellington, Fla., where she is currently staying.

Bruce, who celebrated his birthday in the Turks & Caicos on Thursday, has been a regular visitor to Planet Hollywood here on the Strip and joined Robert at his opening ceremony to turn on the new PH sign. The actor had teamed with Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger as original investors in the early days of the Planet Hollywood restaurant chain. They have all been great friends ever since.

Emma, a 2001 Victoria’s Secret model born in Malta, has been dating Bruce for about a year after mutual friends introduced them. People have always remarked that she bears an uncanny resemblance to Demi! She is now the face -- and body -- of La Senza lingerie.

“It was a romantic ceremony,” one source told me. “Bruce has always maintained a great relationship with Demi for the sake of their children, and it was completely normal they’d all be there for this wedding. Ashton and Demi are still his family, and he went to their wedding.”

Bruce’s representative confirmed that when they return to their California home, they will have a legal civil ceremony here to validate the Caribbean nuptials.

Robert is here tomorrow for next Monday’s previews of his new adult burlesque cabaret Peep Show starring Scary Spice Mel B and General Hospital actress Kelly Monaco.
