Medics were called in early this evening to the Hollywood rehearsal studio where Playboy cover beauty Holly Madison and her pro dance partner Dmitry Chaplin had been practicing for Monday’s next Dancing With the Stars show.

Holly complained of severe pain in her ribs. She received medical attention, and a doctor confirmed that she does not have a broken rib.

Holly’s spokesman, Steve Flynn, told me: “She does continue to feel a great deal of discomfort and has been prescribed pain medication.”

Everything was fine at 3:30 p.m. today when I was in touch with The Girls Next Door reality TV star making plans to meet up Tuesday at the results show when two contestants will be axed.

Then suddenly the news at 7 p.m. (about half an hour ago!) that medics were called.

Holly said: “I am committed to the show and my partner Dmitry. I will rest when it’s possible. I fully hope and expect to dance on Monday.”
