Superstar singer Mariah Carey and comedy actor and hip-hop star Nick Cannon celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary last night -- as we first reported on Vegas DeLuxe yesterday -- and they were still celebrating early today!
They checked into George Maloof's Palms and then started the partying with dinner for 50 family and friends at Iron Chef winner Kerry Simon’s celebrity haunt Simon at the adjoining Palms Place.
Among those partying with the romantic and happy couple were Floyd Mayweather Jr., Antonio “L.A.” Reid, Sanaa Lathan, Steve Bartles and Tyrese Gibson.
Candles were set up on the tables and a sign read “Happy Anniversary Mariah & Nick.” The group enjoyed an anniversary feast of lobster and steak with sides of macaroni cheese and mashed potatoes. For dessert, Kerry served up lavish creme brulee and chocolate chip cookie snacks.
After dinner, the party moved to Moon inside the Fantasy Tower at the Palms. Nick surprised Mariah with a video presentation of great moments from their first year of marriage, and everyone in the club was invited -- and joined in -- to toast their future and continued happiness.

Nick then took over DJ duties, and before the magical night ended, 1,000 balloons were released into the sky when the Moon roof was opened. Nick and Mariah cut into a five-tiered Duncan Hines yellow cake, and they both served each other slices!
