Who’s gone on Dancing With the Stars: Gilles, Melissa, Shawn or Ty?

The long journey for one celebrity couple finally ended on the semifinals of Dancing With the Stars tonight.

Don’t read any further if you plan on watching the tape-delayed West Coast broadcast of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars and want nothing spoiled beforehand! But come back after the show to compare notes!

Julianne Hough and Lacey Schwimmer returned to tonight’s results show to dance a swing number for Macy’s Stars of Dance segment with Derek Hough, who was shockingly eliminated last week with Lil’ Kim, and Mark Ballas.

In the final minutes of the show, finally, as we predicted, it was the last dance for our Chelsie Hightower and her King of the Cowboys partner Ty Murray.

So the three couples dancing in next week’s finals -- again, as we predicted -- will be Gilles Marini and Cheryl Burke, Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas and Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani, who had to wait until the show’s final 60 seconds to know the nail-biting results.
