Photo Galleries: Summer’s here at Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

Our contributing photographer Tom Donoghue was one of the first media members to get access to the amazing new summertime display at the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.

The timeless tribute to summer comes complete with colorful cold-air balloons, a spectacular 42-foot-tall Ferris wheel crafted entirely of flowers and patriotic displays of the Stars and Stripes. The new glass aviary is filled with vividly plumed lorikeets and parakeets, and there’s even a male bear and his cub clad in fishing vests setting off on a whimsical adventure.

The free -- yes, free -- exhibit is open to the public 24 hours a day seven days a week through Sept. 12, and as you can tell from Tom’s incredible photo gallery, this is one absolute must-see attraction.
