More than 100 veterans from across the country, including Andy Baldwin of ABC’s The Bachelor, attended Wayne Newton’s new show Once Before I Go at the Tropicana last night. Wayne, who is chairman of the USO Celebrity Circle and has entertained our troops in every conflict since Vietnam, recognized them and asked them to stand if they were able.

A spywitness said: “Those who could did, and an indescribable warmth spread through the theater as Wayne thanked them sincerely for their dedication to our country. After the show, Wayne met with each one of the Veterans and thanked them personally.”

This afternoon, the veterans attended a lunch at his ranch Casa de Shenandoah and then were given an escorted tour of the property and its Arabian stallions by Mr. Las Vegas himself.
