It’s down to the Final Four on Top Chef Las Vegas, and judging by the newest odds posted last night, it looks as if the one surviving female cheftestant will be ousted, and the final showdown will be between two brothers and another male who just won himself a spot in the Bocuse d’Or, the world cooking Olympics.
Our friend Johnny Avello, Wynn Race & Sports Book director, produced his odds for Week 13 of Season 6 -- next Wednesday’s show. He’s been correct nearly all season, and now using his skills, knowledge and research, Johnny has determined that Jennifer Carroll will be the next one to pack up her knives. She began at 20 to 1 and closes at 9 to 1.
The kitchen is boiling over in the battle between Kevin Gillespie, who opened at 8 to 1 and is now 6 to 5, versus Michael Voltaggio, who started at 11 to 1 and is currently 2 to 1, and brother Bryan Voltaggio, who began at 15 to 1 and is now 4 to 1. Segments for the final, airing next month, were shot in two Napa Valley vineyards.
