Just before I left town for Thanksgiving week down here in Cabo San Lucas, I had dinner at Nove Italiano in the Palms, and to my delight discovered my longtime friend Daisy Fuentes with her mom in the adjoining booth. They shared the shrimp franchaise, crudo, arugula salad and a whole fish. Daisy went back into the kitchen to sign executive chef Geno Bernardo’s celebrity door. Daisy took her mom up to The Playboy Club for an after-dinner drink. The next night, she treated her mother to dinner at Iron Chef Kerry Simon’s Palms Place restaurant. They enjoyed crispy rice, pot stickers and halibut. … The Rev Theory, formerly Revelation Theory, partied at Moon in the Palms with seven friends. … The Ikki Twins, twin models Rikki and Vikki Mongeon of A Double Shot at Love, danced and posed for photos in Moon. ... The night before UFC 106, UFC President Dana White had dinner at N9NE Steakhouse in the Palms with a party of seven enjoying rock shrimp, an 8-ounce filet and mac and cheese. They hit Moon afterward. TV host, comedian and longtime UFC commentator Joe Rogan also had dinner at N9NE, with a group of eight. He ordered sashimi, a beet salad, New York sirloin with blue cheese and a side of stone crab risotto followed by a visit to The Playboy Club, where he posed for photos with the Bunnies. After their concert at The Pearl, One Republic, in T-shirts, skinny jeans and the latest Pumas, was joined by 14 guests for dinner at N9NE, where they ordered dirty martinis, salad, rib eyes and gnocchi. … Singer-songwriter and producer Al B. Sure hosted a group for Z-Trip’s Revolution featuring DJ Skribble.
Alfonso Ribeiro with Clinton Sparks at Body English in the Hard Rock Hotel.
Abraham McDonald, who won the $250,000 top prize in Oprah Winfrey’s karaoke contest, watched Human Nature’s show at Imperial Palace and posed for photos with the Australian quartet afterward. … Actor Alfonso Ribeiro dined at Rare 120 and was spotted greeting MLB star Jason Giambi before going to Body English, where he met Detroit Tigers pitcher Dontrelle Willis.
