True Blood star Ryan Kwanten couldn’t have been farther from the small Louisiana town setting of his hit HBO vampire series to celebrate his 33rd birthday. On Friday night, friends joined the Aussie hunk for dinner at Tao in The Venetian, where Ryan raved about the lobster wontons and celebrated his birthday eve with a dessert platter and candles. Ryan and his entourage made their way to the nightclub upstairs and continued their festivities at a VIP table in the moat.

Yesterday afternoon, television’s promiscuous and often shirtless Jason Stackhouse and his friends spent the day at the Palazzo, with lunch at Dos Caminos and last night at his official birthday dinner and party at Lavo. Ryan was presented with a birthday cake at the boutique nightclub and later returned to Tao.

The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Gretchen Rossi with Slade Smiley and Alexis Bellino and husband Jim also were spotted at Lavo.

Leading lens lady Denise Truscello worked during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend to bring Vegas DeLuxe readers all the birthday celebration photos. Season 3 of True Blood returns next year.
