Star-studded celebrations set for Tao and Lavo anniversaries

It’s a weekend-long celebration for our friends at nightlife epicenters Tao and Lavo. Congratulations to Mark Packer, Richard Wolf, Jason Strauss and Noah Tepperberg as they celebrate the fourth anniversary of their Tao restaurant and nightclub at The Venetian and the first anniversary of their Lavo restaurant and boutique nightclub at the neighboring Palazzo.

The New York partnership put an extraordinary stamp on Las Vegas nightlife, and it’s difficult to believe it’s already been four years! It was one of the largest financial investments in nightlife when they bankrolled Tao, and within two years, the Las Vegas outpost of their Manhattan success story has become the top-grossing restaurant in America, topping $55 million.

Since you really can’t throw two parties at once, the Lavo festivities will commence tonight and the glittering Tao festivities will be tomorrow, with the star-studded red carpet downstairs in The Venetian casino and then up the escalators leading to Tao on the second floor of The Grand Canal Shoppes.

Celebrities expected to attend: Aaron Paul, Adam Gregory, Amanda Bynes, Amanda Righetti, Beth Ostrosky, Brandi Cibrian, Carson Kressley, Clifton Collins, Danielle Panabaker, Eva Amurri, Jason Kennedy, Jennifer Gimenez, Jennifer Morrison, Krysten Ritter, Mekhi Phifer, Patrick Sebes, Selita Eubanks, Spencer Grammer, Stephen Dorff, Terrence Howard and Zachary Abel. You might even see Vanessa Minnillo with boyfriend Nick Lachey since he’s back in town with her for the weekend again!
