DWTS Photo Gallery: Is Chuck Liddell on the firing line?

The first-round bell hadn’t even rung on last night’s fourth-week episode of Dancing With the Stars’s Season 9, and our UFC fighter hero Chuck Liddell was floored, reeling from a KO punch. He and Russian partner Anna Trebunskaya just couldn’t take down the American classic country two-step!
The judges followed up with a more devastating punch, giving them only 17 points. Throughout the two-hour show on ABC, Chuck and Anna remained at the bottom looking at certain execution.
Then at almost the last minute, two other athletes stepped into the ring, and ex-NFL star Michael Irvin and skateboarder Louie Vito probably saved Chuck, scoring just 16 points apiece. Tonight on the results show, all three will be on the firing line. Louie and his partner, Chelsie Hightower, also failed with the two-step, while Michael and partner Anna Demidova’s Bolero simply crashed and burned.
“She-Wolf” singer Shakira is the guest on tonight’s Hollywood broadcast, in which we’ll provide real-time reports on Twitter and a spoiler alert story shortly after the East Coast broadcast. There are rumors that former Las Vegas resident, country singer and two-time pro champion Julianne Hough might be a surprise guest.
Julianne’s in Hollywood filming Burlesque with Christina Aguilera, Caesars headliner Cher, Kristen Bell and Twilight’s Cam Gigandet. The film is directed by Steve Antin, the brother of producer and Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin. We’ll have details on that story tomorrow.
Click HERE for our coverage last night of all the performances, including what surely will go down in history as the sexiest dance ever shown on TV between our former Las Vegas Academy professional Derek Hough and his celebrity partner, model beauty Joanna Krupa. They danced the “forbidden dance” known as the Lambada, scoring 26, and critics this morning are saying that the torrid, sensual, crotch-grinding, body-bumping sexual maneuvers so stunned parents that they sent their children to bed early!
Anna Trebunskaya and Chuck Liddell.
Doubtless -- for dance skill purposes only or for the sake of ratings -- Joanna and Derek will be asked to repeat it at the start of tonight’s production, and censors will turn a blind eye yet again!
Our other Las Vegas favorites -- both of whom danced the 1920s Charleston-- Kelly Osbourne with partner Louis Van Amstel (23) and Donny Osmond with partner Kym Johnson (24) seem to be safe. They are just behind front-runners Melissa Joan Hart and Mark Ballas and Mya and Dmitry Chaplin, each with 28. Click HERE for video highlights from ABC.
