Exclusive Photo Gallery: Kim Kardashian leads clan on shopping spree

There’s a new meaning to Keeping Up With the Kardashians. When members of the E! reality TV show family hit Las Vegas over the weekend to celebrate Kim Kardashian’s 29th birthday, it was one giant shopping spree, and “charge it” took on a whole new perspective when they single-handedly tried to reverse the entire nation’s retail spending drop.

If television viewers follow suit when they watch the fashion fest of the Kardashians, then the economic slump will end overnight and President Obama should give them an award. If he doesn’t, then the French designers with their stores here will!

It was shop until you drop -- and then some -- as cameras from the two Kardashian shows followed the family members on their various Las Vegas adventures, and Vegas DeLuxe scored all the exclusive photos.

Kim and family checked into the lavish Chairman Suite at The Venetian in advance of her birthday festivities at Tao. Click HERE for our weekend coverage when I joined them at the party. To celebrate, Kim, mom Kris Jenner and good friend Brittny Gastineau shopped up a storm along the Grand Canal Shops of The Venetian and The Shoppes in the Palazzo in the boutiques of Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin and Annie Creamcheese, just to name a few.

Meantime, as our photos from contributing photographer Scott Harrison show, Khloe also used the visit to promote QuickTrim diet products at the GNC store.

Kim summed up: “I love Vegas. This was a great birthday, and nothing gets this family going like a day of shopping and spa-ing.”
