Alice Cooper performs mini-concert tonight at Hard Rock Hotel

Early Halloween horrors might be on the agenda tonight when shock rocker Alice Cooper puts on a mini-concert at the Hard Rock Hotel. But you won’t find Alice at The Joint or Carey Hart’s Wasted Space.

Instead, the golf-by-day, play-by-night rocker will be found at the new John Varvatos Bowery NYC fashion boutique for his invitation-only show. It’s probably the only retail store in the world with its own stage to be found among the clothing racks and the leather and accessory display cases. Many rockers have taken a break from charging their credit cards while shopping to drum up a storm, but this is the first concert in the aisles since the recent opening, at which Cheap Trick performed.

I wonder where Alice will leave the mighty-long python while he’s performing! He also plays full-length shows through Sunday night at The Orleans showroom, with his full-blown horrors celebrating Halloween.
