Original Beverly Hills 90210 heartthrob Jason Priestley brought 30 of his closest friends and family to Tabu Ultra Lounge at MGM to celebrate his 40th birthday. Wearing a stylish charcoal gray suit, TV’s Brandon Walsh walked the red carpet with stunning wife Naomi Lowde-Priestley, who accentuated her figure in a form-fitting black satin dress.

Fans wanting autographs mobbed Jason, and the avid hockey fan graciously obliged, only taking a break to pose with close friends actress Kristy Swanson and actor Max Martini. The group laughed when Jason’s proud parents tried to snap a photo of the event poster featuring Jason’s image and was surprised when their son stepped in to take the place of his own image on the placard.

Inside, the birthday party took over the VIP area next to the DJ booth. While his friends and mother danced away, Jason preferred the lounge sofas with Naomi cuddled up close. The Tabu model waitresses then presented a birthday cake as the crowd rushed the table for photos and joined in the sing-along celebration. Jason blew out the candles, and then raised the cake over his head as clubgoers applauded.

The group celebrated so late into the early morning, it went into Tabu’s record book as the longest party since opening at MGM Grand.

Amber Rose @Tao Beach

Meantime, over at Tao in The Venetian, model Amber Rose hosted the daytime Tao Beach pool party, where actor Ryan McPartlin of Chuck and Thad Luckinbill of The Young and the Restless partied with friends in a VIP cabana. Amber, who is rap mogul Kanye West’s girlfriend, wore bright makeup, blue contacts, sky-high white platform shoes, a black skirt and a white tank top for a striking look for the photographers on the red carpet.

When she reached her cabana, the clothes came off to reveal an incredible body in the briefest of bikinis. Amber’s brother Antonio Hewitt joined her for lunch that somehow included Kobe beef hot dogs! Amber danced to DJ Graham Funke when he started spinning Kanye’s hits into the afternoon fashion show.

Then in a shock to everybody, Kanye himself unexpectedly showed up, having flown in just to surprise her, and they stayed till the pool closed. Also spotted soaking up rays at Tao Beach was Sacramento Kings forward Kenny Thomas.

Kanye took Amber to the early performance of Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles Love at The Mirage. Fans missed them as they snuck in right as the lights went down, and although they munched on popcorn and candy during the show, they returned to the Palazzo to meet up with friends for dinner on Lavo’s Strip-front, open-air terrace. Amber wore a sexy black dress with heels, but with all the eating, they had to dance off the calories, so before calling it a night, they shuttled back to Tao to a VIP skybox.

Chad Michael Murray turns 28

It was another heartthrob’s birthday, as Chad Michael Murray of One Tree Hill celebrated his 28th birthday with dinner at Lavo before taking over a VIP dance floor table at the upstairs boutique club, where he blew out the candles on his cake. Joining him in the celebration was his beautiful fiance Kenzie Dalton.

Chad and Kenzie also lounged at Tao Beach, while Penn & Teller’s show at The Rio also was part of the Las Vegas birthday excursion. Chad told the duo that every Christmas, he gives their new season of the Showtime series Bullsh*t on DVD to his cast and crew. Chad’s film and TV credits include House of Wax, A Cinderella Story, Dawson’s Creek and Gilmore Girls.
