Joe Jackson wants ‘justice served,’ everyone to pay in Michael’s death

King of Pop Michael Jackson is due to finally be laid to rest tomorrow in a private burial ceremony at Holly Terrace in the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Calif. Michael died on June 25, and yesterday his death certificate was changed to read “homicide” after last week’s official coroner’s report stating he’d been asphyxiated as a result of prescription drugs. It also reflects the continuing investigations by Los Angeles Police Department detectives and the California Attorney General.
Over the weekend, Jackson family patriarch Joe Jackson attended his son’s posthumous 51st birthday Celebrity Star presentation at the Brenden Theatres here in the Palms that I emceed. When we chatted privately upstairs in owner Johnny Brenden’s Celebrity Suite, Joe told several of us that he wants “justice served “and “everybody who was involved in Michael’s death to pay” -- and not just the doctors who might be involved.
It was the first time Joe asserted that more than Las Vegas doctor Conrad Murray, Michael’s personal physician, might be involved. Joe said he was mad about what had happened to his son because he had never been told about Michael’s medical treatment and prescription drugs he was taking. He said he had no knowledge of Michael’s alleged insomnia and added that it was the first time he’d heard he was being administered the hospital-only anesthetic propofol.

Said Joe: “We want the investigation to yield results -- and justice done. That is what is happening. I just wish Michael could have been with us here at the Palms to get his Celebrity Star himself.”
After meeting with a select few of us media types, Joe took off with his entourage of 20 for dinner in the private dining room of N9Ne Steakhouse at the Palms. He ordered lobster bisque and the sauteed salmon. Then he went with 12 of the group up to The Playboy Club for a while, and then went onto the rooftop Moon upstairs.

The Wynn’s Aphrodite cocktail is liquid flirtation
In Greek mythology, Aphrodite is the goddess of beauty and love, and she’s often depicted nude with voluptuous curves and come-hither eyes. It makes sense, then, that she gets a ...
