Counter Intelligence: Wynn chefs plan cooking series to teach recipes

In The Jet Stream, Wazuzu chef Jet Tila will be weighing in weekly on Top Chef: Las Vegas.

Hot off the grill! Hotel tycoon Steve Wynn’s chefs from his Wynn and Encore resort casinos have begun a unique 16-week series at our Whole Foods in Town Square featuring their favorite recipes. Donny Osmond is such a foodie that he even showed up for the debut demos and cooking event by SW Steakhouse chef David Walzog. David showed enthusiasts how to achieve the perfect charred steak at home!

The kitchen king and queen sessions continue next Tuesday at 6 p.m. and continue every Tuesday through Dec. 15. There are too many super chefs and demos to highlight, but the special Thanksgiving dinner prep by chef Alex Stratta is one absolute must-attend.

Here’s the full rundown for your calendars:
