Bryan Ogden returns to Caesars opposite Dad’s restaurant

Chef Bryan Ogden is returning to Caesars Palace with a brand new casual restaurant concept, I can exclusively reveal. He will be taking over the former Elton John retail space near the front lobby and opening on Super Bowl weekend!

The new bistro, to be known as Munch, will be steps away from where he previously worked with his father in the fine dining restaurant Bradley Ogden. It was heavily rumored and reported in Las Vegas food circles that the father and son had a major row, which led to a divisive family feud. Bryan suddenly departed his father’s kitchen and went to Los Angeles to open his own first restaurant, Apple, which became a hot, overnight celebrity hangout success.

Now I’ve learned that Bryan and Bradley have patched up their differences and are fully reconciled -- and Dad has given his full blessing to Bryan’s return, even though it’s with a competing restaurant!

Munch will be a casual but gourmet food fanatics dream. I am told the name is sheer coincidence and not named after one of Caesars Palace’s employees, Debbie Munch , the resort’s longtime corporate public relations vice president!

Bryan arrived at Caesars last weekend to begin overseeing the advance work on his new food project.
