Las Vegas has been a second home to Kid Rock for most of his career, so last night, the rocker was right at home in The Pearl Concert Theater in the Palms for a show that had ecstatic fans dancing and hollering for more.

Leading lens lady Denise Truscello and contributing photographer Scott Harrison captured these up-close and intimate action photos of the knockout performance for our photo gallery.

Kid Rock Rocks The Pearl

Kid is a regular Palms visitor, and it’s even figured in some of the tabloid headlines that have resulted from his Las Vegas adventures. Remember the controversial MTV Video Awards ceremony two years ago? That's when cameras cut away from a near knockout fist fight between Tommy Lee and Kid over Pamela Anderson, who both rockers had been married to at different times, and just like Kanye West this year, they were ejected!

Kid is staying in Las Vegas for the weekend, so we should have Star Surveillance reports throughout his visit. He hopes to get to the big Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Juan Manuel Marquez fight at MGM Grand and also will perform privately for a corporate party in The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel.
