Following up on our weekend postings of the Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight, I didn’t tell you then what Floyd uttered on the red carpet. He was constantly badgered about his victory leading to a megabucks battle with Manny Pacquiao.

Said Floyd: “I’ll let the fans rate me on how I did with (Juan Manuel) Marquez and how Pacquiao did with Marquez. Pacquiao is a good fighter; I don’t want to take anything away from him. I want to take it one day at a time and talk it over with my team. The only thing I want to do is take the sport of boxing to the next level.”

Four of the five Wayans brothers -- Marlon, Shawn, Damon and Keenan Ivory -- were with P.Diddy’s entourage at his afternoon pool party at Wet Republic at MGM Grand before The Big Fight. Diddy ran out of his bungalow to hug his former protege, rapper Mase, when he arrived.

As we reported yesterday, Diddy partied with Floyd, Ray J, Tyrese Gibson and others at Floyd’s official post-fight party at Studio 54.

*Big congratulations to Peepshow star Holly Madison, who this morning got the green light for her new reality TV series Planet Holly. It will start filming here in Las Vegas on Oct. 13. Holly will serve as co-executive producer, and we’ve already completed our full exclusive interview, which we will post here on Wednesday.

*California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has just become my 2,170th follower on Twitter, took his sons racing at the Pole Position Raceway opposite Palms Place before heading to the Mayweather fight. He really said those immortal words “I’ll be back” to the pit crew and staff!

*Las Vegas resident and LPGA star Natalie Gulbis will not only join Justin Timberlake to play in his pro-am on Oct. 14 at TPC in Summerlin, but she will be a guest speaker at the Women’s Day seminar being held tournament week. “I’m really looking forward to being a part of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open, an event that supports a cause and a city that are both very important to me," Natalie said. “I always enjoy our weekly pro-am events on tour, but playing in front of my hometown fans will make this one very special.”

Another hometown star, singer supreme Smokey Robinson, also will be playing in the tournament with saxophonist Kenny G and poker prince Phil Hellmuth. The week of golf play wraps up with a star-studded concert at Mandalay Bay, and we’ll add more showbiz names to the VIP list as we get closer.

*Food Network celebrity chef Bobby Flay celebrates the fifth anniversary of his Mesa Grill outpost at Caesars Palace on Wednesday. He has begun a daily tweet of his Top Five favorite tequilas, counting down to the actual birthday. On that day, Twitter followers who tweet “Happy Birthday Mesa Grill @Caesars Palace” and bring in their cell phone will receive a free margarita! Bobby will have 40 tequila selections for his free drink!

*Outspoken Kanye West and wild child Lady Gaga have announced dates for one of the most anticipated tours of the year -- Fame Kills -- which I tweeted in real time over the weekend. The multiplatinum artists unite for a 34-city tour, including their stop at Mandalay Bay Events Center on Nov. 13.

*The second week of Wheel of Fortune shows taped here this summer at The Venetian and Palazzo with hosts Pat Sajak and Vanna White continues tonight. Residents appearing this evening are Realtor Denise Brown and stay-at-home dad Adam Jacobsen.

Star surveillance

Actor Chazz Palminteri hit all the hot spots at The Venetian and Palazzo this weekend in advance of his Bronx Tale performances there starting Oct. 7. I had a long chat with the award-winning actor that we’ll post next week. While here promoting the incredible one-man show, Chazz joined Kid Rock to watch comedian David Spade’s performance there after a dinner of chicken satay, Buddha chicken and crispy rice with wine at Tao. Chazz returned to Tao to watch the dance-floor action with former basketball champion Charles Barkley and MLB star Frank Thomas. The night was far from over for Chazz because at 4 a.m., he topped off his night in the new First Food & Bar for early morning breakfast! Mixed martial artist Georges St. Pierre was another Tao guest.

Hip-hop mogul Jermaine Dupri took a private dining room at Strip House in Planet Hollywood for his dinner there. … Band members from Cheap Trick had a late-night dinner at Simon at Palms Place, ordering sushi and Iron Chef winner Kerry Simon’s special pot roast. … A slew of NBA stars partied at Tryst in the Wynn, including Orlando Magic stars Rashard Lewis and Tyronn Lue, Rudy Gay of the Memphis Grizzlies and Joe Johnson of the Atlanta Hawks. Transformers director Michael Bay held court at a VIP table nearby Playboy Playmate Laura Croft and WNBA star Ticha Penicheiro and her Sacramento Monarchs teammates -- the team is owned by George Maloof and his family. Ticha was in town with her friends to celebrate her 34th birthday.

Tomorrow’s teases
