Britney Spears films secret video and possible TV special during visit

It’s shrouded in secrecy, and I’m not even supposed to know it’s happening, let alone the when and the where. But pop princess Britney Spears should be shooting a new video for “3 Love” before, after and in between her two concerts at Mandalay Bay Events Center tomorrow and Sunday. The new single will be released to radio stations on Tuesday!

When I heard the title “3 Love” in Las Vegas, my mind didn’t go to tennis but to a late-night love sport between consenting adults! Britney is reportedly staying on the Strip through Wednesday because ABC is presenting a TV special “A Night With Britney.” There are VIP invitations that have circulated to a precious few indicating that it will be live from Las Vegas to celebrate the Nov. 24 release of 10 years of hit singles collection that began with “Baby One More Time” a decade ago.

My ABC contacts are totally mum about it all, and officials at the Paris deny it’s being shot there in their shuttered theater despite the fact that the Eiffel Tower logo is featured on Britney’s personal invites. One Paris spokesman told me: “We’ve heard the rumor, but it’s not happening here.”

Mystery also surrounds the status of her rumored romance with Hollywood agent Jason Trawick. Despite the fact that she’s been seen wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger, reports are that they’ve split because he was feeling pressured to propose marriage. We’ll see if they are here together this weekend!

Meantime, ex-hubby Kevin Federline has denied that he’s joining the cast of VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club in a battle to lose weight. He says he’s changed his diet and eating healthier in a bid to shed the pounds from his ballooning waistline.
