JOE BASTIANICH’S POOL PARTY

Vegas Uncork’d will add an after-hours crushed wine rock bash to its schedule for the first time this year. Rock and roll restaurateur and winemaker Joe Bastianich, who is partnered with Mario Batali in all their restaurants, will pair the great wines of the world with some of rock’s greatest music.

Scott Ian of Anthrax and the electrifying music of Six Foot Nurse will join Joe. Guests enjoying the wines as they are paired up to the music also will hear everyone from The Beatles to Led Zeppelin. The bash takes place May 8 poolside at the Palazzo, with chefs of the Palazzo and The Venetian taking part.
