How many 12-year-olds get to spend their birthday at one of the country’s hotspots? If you’re the son of hip-hop mogul Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, then you’re that lucky 12-year-old kid.
Christian Combs kicked off a three-day Las Vegas getaway at Lavo in the Palazzo. Arriving in style in a black tour bus from L.A., the group included other celebrity children, including Tyson Beckford’s son Jordan, Faith Evans’ son Josh and Master P’s son Hercy, along with Christian’s brothers Justin and Quincy. Mom Kim Porter joined, as well, to keeping a watchful eye.
They feasted on kid-friendly favorites including spaghetti and Kobe meatballs, pizzas, shrimp scampi and filet mignon. The tweens even requested a round of Shirley Temples so that they could make a toast to the birthday boy, but it was Dad who made the toast when it was cake time.
Christian was in awe of his three-tiered cake from Gimme Some Sugar that included his favorite things, from the Hollywood sign to the New York Yankees to an IPod. After dinner, the kids were ready for bed and took the cake back to their suite.
P. Diddy took a break from promoting his new album Last Train to Paris to treat his son to the special night, but he never stops working, tweeting while at dinner, “We just passed my homegirls Gaga+Beyonce’s track ‘Telephone’ on the iTunes chart! THANK U!”
The party continued the next night when P. Diddy rented the Hardwood Suite in the Fantasy Tower at the Palms so that the entourage could playing basketball and Wii.

VANESSA MINNILLO
*Vanessa Minnillo threw a surprise bachelorette party dinner at Dos Caminos in the Palazzo. The TV personality feted bride-to-be Renee by bringing together a group of girlfriends for a Mexican fiesta at the hotspot.
The ladies started with El Camino Margaritas and toasted with champagne before kicking off the meal with the restaurant’s signature guacamole. Dinner continued with Mexican chopped salad, Dos enchiladas, veggie quesadillas and mahi mahi tacos. The ladies ended the celebration with white and dark chocolate fondue.
VIVA ELVIS AT ARIA
Celebrities were out in full force at Cirque du Soleil’s Viva Elvis at Aria in MGM’s CityCenter.
Nigel Lythgoe of So You Think You Can Dance turned up to check out the amazing dance numbers in Viva Elvis. Maybe fans will see a Viva Elvis performance during the upcoming season of his show?

Former MLB player Barry Bonds, with a female companion, said that he is an avid theatergoer and Cirque du Soleil fan. His favorite Elvis Presley song is “All Shook Up.” Barry went backstage for photos after the show with some of the dancers.
Actor, deejay and poker player Danny Masterson of That ’70s Show fame was with a group of four friends at Viva Elvis. DJ Mom Jeans was in town for girlfriend Bijou Phillips’ birthday celebration at Pure in Caesars Palace. After meeting the cast backstage, the guys met up with Bijou for her party.
