Peepshow and Holly’s World blonde bombshell and Las Vegas’ sweetheart Holly Madison served as the mistress of ceremonies today when Mayor Oscar Goodman declared this day Serendipity 3 Day in honor of the dessert hotspot’s first anniversary on the Strip in front of Caesars Palace.

Madison, who begins filming Holly’s World for E! this month, introduced Holly’s Pink Peppermint Sundae, custom made by Caesars Palace executive pastry chef Randy Sebastian, as the celebratory addition to Serendipity 3’s dessert delicacies, and was pretty in pink herself at the ceremony.

It was a serendipitous day for photographers Scott Harrison and Erik Kabik, and they were onsite to capture Madison and the mayor in sweet and savory action, as was Richard Corey, who posted his videos to YouTube.

Guests receive complimentary carrot cake all day today during the celebration, and Holly’s sundae is available for $10 through month’s end.
