Only in Las Vegas could you throw a bash inside a hotel restaurant in broad daylight and prove that the pool party scene has not only met its match but will likely be conquered. Welcome to High Society, the new and wildest dayclub extravaganza you could ever imagine!

Palms owner George Maloof, N9NE Group partner Michael Morton and Nove Italiano chef Geno Bernardo have created the bountiful brunch at the Italian restaurant atop the Fantasy Tower, and it’s simply an extraordinary, lavish, high-end and sophisticated soiree that’s unrivaled anywhere in the world. The eatery is fully re- decorated for the party madness of the new weekly wackiness after Saturday night dinners and changed back in time for Monday night diners.

Shane O’Neal’s great photographs and a couple of mine tell the story better than any words. It isn’t just the gorgeous girls who play hostesses and servers in their outrageous outfits and fabulous fishnets. It isn’t just the dancers proving that decadent and delectable go together like champagne and caviar. It isn’t just the abundant appetizers or the seemingly mile-long table of tantalizing taste treats.

It’s all that and more with Las Vegas’ most provocative party that runs for seven sexy hours every Sunday. Magician Seth Grabel adds to the hocus-pocus insanity with amazing, in-your-face, tableside tricks. Corset-clad AmberLynn encourages the revelers to dance anywhere they want, be it in booths, atop their tables or along the bar as two blistering deejays pump up the volume with two drummers. She even keeps the shots poured while towering from atop the bar!

Leslie Frisbee, editor of our sister Las Vegas Magazine where Vegas DeLuxe has three pages of news and photos each week, was across my table at the second weekend of High Society. She commented: “Wow! This marks a whole new dayclub experience. It’s another first for Vegas. There’s nothing like this anywhere else.”

I’ll agree to that! Chef Geno told me: “We’ve been packed solid from the get-go. I feel like Hugh Hefner with all these beautiful girls around. If it’s crazy now, just wait till it’s 115 outside, and everybody wants out of the pool and into our place.

“When daylight-savings time returns, this will be an even wilder zoo. Everybody loves it and gets into the mood. It’s one nonstop party that later on will just start at brunch and go right through the night!”
