Chris Daughtry performed with his band Daughtry at The Orleans Arena last night, and contributing photographer Brian Jones of Las Vegas News Bureau was at the concert to capture Chris at full throttle.

Daughtry is intense frontman Chris, bassist Josh Paul, drummer Joey Barnes and guitarist Brian Craddock, and the concert also included Lifehouse and Cavo. This is the second leg of Daughtry’s tour after dates in Europe and promotes their sophomore album Leave This Town.

Chris finished fourth in Season 5 of American Idol and has gone on to become one of the most successful contestants of the Fox juggernaut. Chris and Daughtry also have become Las Vegas regulars, having been in town the past year for a concert at Pure in Caesars Palace and taking part in Andre Agassi’s annual Gram Slam education benefit.

The band’s hits include “It’s Not Over,” “Home,” “Over You,” “Feels Like Tonight,” “What About Now” and “No Surprise.”
