Each wing was introduced with its own theme song, with Mual’s winner introduced by The Charlie Daniels Band’s “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.” His “Bootleggers Kickin’ Wing” featured chicken wings wrapped in prosciutto, covered in a Jim Beam chipotle BBQ sauce and served with a roasted corn and cilantro pudding. Guests then watched a wing-eating competition. First’s Shuck & Swallow contest returns Aug. 31.
