Photo Gallery: Lindsay Price pops the cork at Laguna Champagne Bar

How could I pass it up? Palazzo food and beverage executives have opened the ultimate in decadence with the Laguna Champagne Bar on the casino floor. Every vintage of the finest Dom Perignon and Moet & Chandon bubblies are available.

Actress Lindsay Price, the star of Lipstick Jungle who played a similar Susan Sarandon-type character on ABC’s Witches of Eastwick, was on hand Saturday night to uncork the champagne to officially declare the effervescent edifice open.

I have to say that Lindsay didn’t even struggle. The cork popped clean, and the celebration was on. It was champagne cocktails, champagne shooters and crystal containers of champagne. It will probably wind up as the largest and best champagne bar on the Strip.

Guests chose glasses of the good stuff with tiny gold balls atop in the hope of finding a wine glass ID marker and number that would correspond to five Louis Vuitton handbag satchel prizes.
