Following in the footsteps of another MTV reality TV show, Stephanie Pratt of The Hills displayed her Jersey Shore fist-pumping dance moves when she hosted a party at Pure in Caesars Palace that was still jumping early this morning.

Stephanie, recently seen in an unattractive police mug shot after being arrested in a DUI in Hollywood last October, was the picture of perfection in a blue-sequined, one-shoulder dress by Brian Lichtenberg, Steve Madden black suede pumps and Lia Sophia jewelry.

Stephanie’s entourage included her best friend Alicia, who was celebrating her birthday. The girlfriends wore matching two-finger rings handmade by Alicia. Our contributing photographers Scott Harrison and Erik Kabik were on party duty for the festivities.

At her VIP booth, Stephanie stuck to her promise of being a good girl, sipping only Fiji water and happily posing for photos with her friends and fans. She requested a number of songs, including Ke$ha’s “Tick Tock,” Lil’ Wayne’s “Bed Rock” and Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the USA.” She jumped up and danced in a circle of her friends during the songs. They laughed together and broke out some Jersey Shore-inspired dance moves, including the fist-pumping signature moves into the air.

Stephanie was all smiles, happily shaking hands with Pure partygoers on the main dance floor as she greeted them from the VIP stage area. Before the night ended, she dropped in on the DJ booth and thanked everyone for coming out, and then gave Alicia a birthday shout-out, requesting birthday kisses for her best friend back at her table. Stephanie also made her way down from her VIP level mezzanine onto the main dance floor to dance and hang out with her fans.

Stephanie is the younger sister of Spencer Pratt and the sister-in-law of the former Heidi Montag.
