Reality TV stars’ rivalry continues Super Bowl XLIV battle

This weekend, love is in the air -- and love is everywhere! Except for perhaps the rivalry between two reality TV stars continuing the battle of Super Bowl XLIV when the New Orleans Saints conquered the Indianapolis Colts. That’s because Kim Kardashian is dating Saints running back Reggie Bush, and Kendra Wilkinson is married to Colts wide receiver Hank Baskett.
Who was it who said, “Love can become war?” Was it the same person who said, “All is fair in love and war?” Or the individual who said, “The opposite of love is hate?” I’m not saying that this rivalry is that intense, but …
As could only happen in Vegas , just a week after The Big Game in Miami, the girls now go at it here. The two beauties will be head to head in their own battle tonight: Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim celebrates a Valentine’s Queen of Hearts ball at Lavo in the Palazzo, while The Girls Next Door turned Kendra star Kendra shoots Cupid’s arrows in Eva Longoria Parker’s Eve in MGM CityCenter’s Crystals.

Both parties start post-10 p.m. after the girls and their beaus have enjoyed dinner in the restaurants of the respective nightclubs. Both celebrations will tick way past the midnight hour into Valentine’s Day itself, and I know in advance that there will be midnight kisses with both duos.
I’m going to hop between both parties so that we have photo reports here at Vegas DeLuxe tomorrow before the surprise Strip headline star’s Valentine’s Day wedding. We should be able to declare a winner in the feud of the blonde and the brunette.
As if that reality TV showdown wasn’t enough, returning here for a second Valentine’s Day is Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. A year ago, The Hills stars were here setting off rumors of a wedding, but that took a few extra months later. Now Heidi has set off explosions with her candid revelations of an addiction to cosmetic surgeries.

I’m told that she’s so eager to land a nude layout in Playboy that her sexy dress tomorrow is likely to raise eyebrows with its daring decolletage and shorter-than-short hemline. Speidi will host at Pure in Caesars Palace, and we’ll do our best to add that to the list of Valentine’s stops, too.
Check out all other Valentine’s weekend events in Las Vegas in Strip Scribbles posted yesterday.
