The Hills stars and husband and wife Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag hosted the pre-Valentine’s Day festivities at Pure in Caesars Palace last night, and our contributing photographers Erik Kabik and Scott Harrison, Chris Weeks of WireImage and videographer Richard Corey were all on red carpet duty.

Erik told Vegas DeLuxe: “They shared kisses for the cameras, and Spencer announced to the media when they arrived, ‘We are here for you, so we will make sure you get what you need,’ and they were in fact very accommodating to the media who had waited for them to arrive.

“While on the red carpet, Spencer stopped and showed me his giant crystal ring and necklace and spoke about the positive energy they bring to him and how he is less angry now that he has been keeping these crystals with him.”

Our spywitness reported: To celebrate their first Valentine’s Day since their marriage last spring, Heidi and Spencer hosted their party that continued on into this morning’s early hours.

The couple arrived hand-in-hand as Heidi proudly showed off her much talked about newly cosmetically enhanced physique. Spencer wore a dark suit, and Heidi wore a strapless hot pink dress, which she designed herself, and sexy Christian Louboutin shoes. While Spencer and Heidi made their way into Pure, fans outside screamed how much they loved them, and the handholding newlyweds smiled and waved back, with Spencer yelling, “Pure is the best!”

They sat with friends in their VIP booth on the main stage and danced from their seats. When Heidi’s song “Body Language” played, she went up to the front of the VIP area, danced and waved to her fans below. Throughout the evening, the couple kissed while holding hands and chatting with friends. Heidi later headed to the deejay booth to wish the crowd a Happy Valentine’s Day. She introduced her song “Turn Ya Head” by saying, “This is one of my new songs.”

Later that night, Spencer stopped by the deejay booth to watch DJ Marshall Barnes spin Kings of Leon. MMA fighter and rapper Kevin Casey, a friend of Spencer’s, took to the mic and rapped for the crowd. Spencer danced behind him on the main stage and Heidi danced from her seat atop the VIP booth. When Kevin finished, Spencer gave his buddy a big hug.
