Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian, escorted by her Super Bowl XLIV champion New Orleans Saints running back boyfriend Reggie Bush, hosted the Queen of Hearts Ball at Lavo in the Palazzo last night, and the sexy soiree was still going strong early this morning.

Our spywitness reports: Kim and Reggie arrived on the red carpet looking as stunning as ever. The lovebirds were color coordinated, with Kim in a beautiful white Yves Saint Laurent dress and gray Costume National shoes and Reggie in white slacks and shoes and a gray sweater. Kim’s Dancing With the Stars partner Mark Ballas surprised her on the red carpet.

Kim and Reggie dined at Lavo in a corner booth and then headed up to a VIP table in front of the DJ booth in the boutique nightclub, where Reggie surprised her with a stuffed teddy bear. The couple posed for photos with fans, and with the crowd chanting her name over and over, Kim took to the stage just before midnight and led a countdown to usher in Valentine’s Day.

Photographer Denise Truscello, contributing photographer Scott Harrison and videographer Richard Corey were at Lavo for the ball. Kim told the revelers: “Whether you are single or with a loved one, we are going to party tonight in Vegas!” Upon returning to the table, she was presented with a red heart-shaped cake and in the early hours would up sitting on Reggie’s lap.

The Real Housewives of Orange County couples Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley and Alexis and Jim Bellino also enjoyed Valentine’s Day weekend at Lavo. Alexis was thrilled about Jim surprising her with a trip to Las Vegas for the weekend and said that he’d given her jewelry, her favorite Valentine’s gift. Gretchen and Slade also were celebrating their anniversary and her new single, “Nothing Without You.” The foursome dined with friends at Lavo before heading up to a VIP table along the stage, where they danced to the sounds of DJ Reach.

Mark and his girlfriend former American Idol contestant Joanna Pacitti dined at Tao in The Venetian before heading over to surprise Kim on the red carpet. Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck also was on a romantic trip with his wife Gelila and four friends. Wolf was seen dancing in Tao and was joined by several Las Vegas pals, including Jersey Boys star Travis Cloer, who portrays Frankie Valli.
