It’s been an especially busy past few days for our contributing photographers here in Las Vegas. Scott Harrison and videographer Richard Corey were at Borders in Town Square yesterday for rocker Ozzy Osborne’s book signing for I Am Ozzy. Ozzy also made a stop at his favorite lunch spot, Society Cafe in the Encore, while in town and is expected at tonight’s Viva Elvis world premiere at MGM CityCenter’s Aria.

He arrived on the red carpet with younger brother rapper City Spud and treated revelers to a 30-minute set. Jumping atop the booth where DJ Five was spinning, the rapper performed his hits including “Hot in Herrre,” “Shake Ya Tailfeather” and “Dilemma.” Contributing photographer Al Powers shot the party that also included Marlon Wayans, Tito Ortiz and Phil Hellmuth.
*Photographer Denise Truscello was on the scene last night for the Richie Rich soiree at The Bank Nightclub in the Bellagio, which featured singer Mia Moretti, electric violinist Caitlin Moe and the designer himself Richie Rich. The trio dined at Fix before the party.

*MMA stars and studs Chuck Liddell, Dan Henderson, Jake Shields, Punkass, SkySkrape and Scott Epstein stepped out of The Octagon for a night of powerhouse fashion at MGM Grand’s Studio 54. The fighters hosted the official Tapout MAGIC after-party, where they showcased Tapout’s newest trends and styles in. Chuck and Dan mingled with partygoers, while in the VIP area, Jake, Punkass and SkySkrape showed off the new threads. The MMA crew partied into the wee hours.

I grew up in Texas, so you know I’m a NASCAR fan!”

Drivers competing in this race include Danica Patrick, Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmy Johnson and Kurt and Kyle Busch, among others. The race will be televised on Fox.
Meantime, on March 13, Terry celebrates the first anniversary of his headlining show at The Mirage in an evening with family, friends, celebrities and fans. Terry’s after-party will be at B.B. King’s Blues Club, where members of Terry’s band will jam with B.B. King’s Las Vegas All-Stars.

*To celebrate the Year of the Tiger and Lunar New Year, 120 students from Meadows School joined Merry Mayor of Mirth Oscar Goodman and his wife Carolyn for the traditional parade through Caesars Palace’s Forum Shops. It’s the 14th year the students have performed the parade and the 13th consecutive at The Forum Shops.
Students wore red and gold costumes, punctuated the show with drums and firecrackers and sang four songs in Chinese with an English translation thanks to volunteer Maggie Chen, who taught the Chinese lyrics. Contributing photographer Jim Decker photographed the celebration yesterday on the fifth day of the holiday because it’s considered a lucky day for merchants on the birthday of the Chinese god of wealth.
