Here’s the ROYAL ROBIN RUNDOWN: Hilton hot mouth Perez starts a Twitter frenzy at the Palazzo, while Hilton beauty Paris celebrates her birthday next door at The Venetian.

Technically, Perez Hilton isn’t a Hilton despite the fact that he’s known worldwide for the name. The Hollywood celebrity blogger is really Mario Lavandiari, and he’s helped power Twitter among celebrities. His Twitter activity grabbed global headlines when he got into a public spat with Believe star Criss Angel, who objected to nasty tweets during his Cirque du Soleil show at the Luxor.

Tonight at Lavo in the Palazzo after he attends the Viva Elvis premiere at MGM CityCenter’s Aria, Perez hosts a celebrity TweetUp. He’ll do red carpet duty at 11 p.m. with a number of fellow celebrity tweeters in tow.

Tomorrow night, Paris Hilton, who is a real heiress to the Hilton hotel empire, hosts and celebrates her 28th birthday bash at Tao in The Venetian. Paris, who has just returned from back-to-back trips to France shooting a TV commercial and Rio de Janeiro launching a TV spot, will have boyfriend Doug Reinhardt on her arm.

They are getting closer and closer in their relationship, and not only did he cook her pancakes for breakfast in bed the morning they flew home from Brazil, but he also took her on a jewelry-buying spree before packing for Las Vegas. I will have no hesitation asking them both when he’s going to pop the question. Maybe it will be the ultimate birthday gift this weekend?

Now it’s time for us to unwrap all the entertainment gifts Las Vegas has in store this weekend in a sparkling package of goodies that we affectionately refer to around here as the ROYAL ROBIN RUNDOWN:

FRIDAY, FEB. 19

*Legendary singer Tony Bennett, still going strong at 83, has sold more that 50 million albums and won 15 Grammy Awards and proves that he’s still the best singer in the business, per Frank Sinatra, with two nights headlining at the Las Vegas Hilton.

*Funnyman Sinbad was discovered on our Star Search in the early 1990s, and his standup puts him at the top of the touring charts. He performs a one-nighter at Treasure Island.

*Blue-collar comedy star Larry the Cable Guy says “Eat, Drink and Be Larry” for his one-night standup at the Star of the Desert Arena in Primm.

*Poker stars Daniel Negreanu, Vanessa Rousso, Chris Moneymaker and reigning World Series of Poker champion Joe Cada welcome Jason Alexander, Brad Garrett, Christian Slater, Montel Williams, Slash, Donny Wahlberg, Joanna Krupa and Orel Hershiser to The Venetian Poker Room for the PokerStars.Net North American Poker Tour to raise funds for our Three Square food bank.

*Guitarist Al Di Meola performs at Green Valley Ranch, and singing impressionist Bob Anderson brings his many celebrity voices to The Cannery for two nights.

*The Jamz National Cheerleading and Dance Competition gets underway for three days at The Orleans Arena, with 30,000 fans expected to root for their favorite cheerleaders from across America.

PARTY PATROL

As we reported above, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, who regularly follows our Twitter and Vegas DeLuxe reports for his postings, hosts a celebrity TweetUp at Lavo. … Beautiful Kourtney Kardashian helps bring MAGIC Fashion Week to a clothes(!!!) when she hosts the Dash Fashion Show and Party at Jet in The Mirage.

SATURDAY, FEB. 20

*Sincere congratulations to Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker, who hosts the Latin Chamber of Commerce’s 35th Installation Gala, where she’ll also be presented with the first-ever Gold Premiere Distinguished Leadership Award. The City of Las Vegas and Clark County have officially declared it Eva Longoria Parker Day. She’s being awarded for her success with the Strip’s only Latina-owned restaurant and nightclub, so it’s only natural that the event takes place at her Beso steakhouse and Eve the Nightclub in MGM CityCenter’s Crystals.

*Brad Paisley is the reigning Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music Male Vocalist of the Year, and he brings his American Saturday Night Tour to Mandalay Bay with Miranda Lambert and Justin Moore. Brad has won three Grammys, 12 ACM Awards and 11 CMA Awards and is married to actress Kimberly Williams. This is the first leg of his sold-out 50-city tour.

*For more than 53 years, sarcastic funnyman Don Rickles has played “Mr. Warmth” as the ultimate insult comedian, savaging superstars and audience members alike. No fear it will be any different for two nights at The Orleans as he starts out his 51st year as a Las Vegas headliner. With President Obama visiting Las Vegas simultaneously, expect Don to repeat his rapier rant against the Chief Executive.

*The new Playboy Comedy Night at the Palms Lounge debuts, and Paul Hughes and Cort McCown host with comic Nick Di Paolo. Playboy Playmates will be in attendance.

*Assouline celebrates the grand opening of its flagship bookstore at Crystals with The Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Killoren Bensimon. The Playboy March cover model and author’s credits include The Bikini Book, American Style and In the Spirit of the Hamptons.

PARTY PATROL

*Comic Andrew Dice Clay celebrates the birthday of new week-old bride Valerie Vasquez as part of his standup at the Hilton’s Shimmer Showroom.

*It’s the finals of the Jamz National Cheerleading and Dance Competition, with Las Vegas Envy and Vegas Cheer Authority performing at The Orleans Arena.

MONDAY’S TEASES

We’ll post our full Viva Elvis premiere coverage over the weekend, from the blue carpet gala to the first-night celebration party at Haze and our backstage secrets tour, and then Monday our photo galleries from Paris’s birthday bash and Eva’s award ceremony. Plus, as President Obama flies out after his overnight stay in the Bellagio, we plan for the arrival of former President Bill Clinton for his speech at the Caesars Palace Colosseum, providing of course that no further problems develop with his ticker!
