Singer-actress Haylie Duff celebrated her 25th birthday with friends at Vanity in the Hard Rock Hotel over the weekend. The starlet, who is the older sister of singer-actress Hilary Duff, jumped in the DJ booth with Clinton Sparks and took a spin on the turntables. Haylie sipped on vodka and Patron drinks and didn’t call it quits until 3 a.m.

Hard Rock photographer Cody Boor snapped these photos of the birthday beauty. UFC fighter and new dad to twins Tito Ortiz, who is prepping for his battle against Chuck Liddell, watched the festivities with three friends at a VIP table.

*Entertainment icons Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin were honored today by the Las Vegas Walk of Stars in a dual ceremony with the 43rd and 44th star installations. The ceremony took place at 1 p.m. in Donny & Marie Osmond’s Flamingo showroom.

Frank & Dino

*It’s National Margarita Day, and a number of hotspots are celebrating . Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville locations alone serve 2.7 million margaritas each year, and the number is growing -- probably more consumed here than anywhere else! Prove your name is Margarita or Rita, and you’ll receive a free bottle of the brew. Show proof you were born on 2/22, and you’ll get $22.20 lopped off your bill. Best of all, if you prove you were born on 2/22/1978, all the food and drinks are free.

The N9NE Margarita features a unique logo-inspired twist.

Over at the newly opened Hussong’s Cantina in Mandalay Bay, drinks are half-price. Ladies from 7 to 10 p.m. drink for free, and guys pay only $5. It’s the opposite end of the price chart at N9NE Steakhouse in the Palms. The bartenders there led by the indomitable John O’Donnell have created what they say is the perfect margarita. Made from Herradura Seleccioa Suprema Tequila, Grand Marnier 150 Anniversary Edition, Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal, pomegranate juice and fresh lime juice and at $69 a glass, that magic number should satisfy every thirst.

STAR SURVEILLANCE

*Lavo in the Palazzo was the celebrity eatery over the weekend. Spotted there were Christina Hendricks of Mad Men and Neil Patrick Harris from How I Met Your Mother enjoying desserts and cocktails. Giuliana and Bill Rancic enjoyed a romantic dinner for two with wine, while nearby Kelly Bensimon of The Real Housewives of New York and Survivor host Jeff Probst were at separate tables. After some Patron shots, rapper Wale went upstairs to the packed boutique nightclub and entertained the revelers with a 20-minute set on the catwalk. Blogger Perez Hilton hosted a celebrity Tweet Up on Friday night. Never one to shy away from controversy, Perez wore a John Mayer T-shirt and also campaigned to be American Idol’s next judge, even offering to work for the first year for free to prove his value. The “Queen of All Media” enjoyed dinner with Holly Madison and Laura Croft before heading upstairs to host. Lauren “Lo” Bosworth of MTV’s The Hills and her sister dined at Lavo and later joined Perez, Holly and Laura upstairs. Jared Padalecki of The CW’s Supernatural celebrated his bachelor party at Lavo before he weds co-star Genevieve Cortese this week in Idaho. John Stamos, who is being tipped for the next season of Dancing With the Stars starting March 22, dined with friends.

At sister hotspot Tao in The Venetian, it was another celebrity crush. Slash played host after the PokerStars.net tournament, and after dinner, he and wife Perla Hudson were welcomed by DJ Reach, who played a set of Guns ’n’ Roses hits, plus cuts from his solo album out in April. Poker pro Phil Hellmuth joined Slash at his table, and rapper T-Pain also hit the club after his poker play. NBA legend Charles Barkley celebrated his 47th birthday and was surprised with birthday cupcakes at his VIP table in the moat. Tito Ortiz also joined the fun with Donnie Wahlberg of New Kids on the Block and Marlon Wayans. Also spotted, Entourage star Kevin Connolly with Philadelphia Flyers players, skater Tony Hawk, Indy driver Ryan Hunter Ray, model Joanna Krupa, A.J. Buckley from CSI, Shaun Sipos and Nicolas Gonzalez from Melrose Place, Heroes star James Kyson Lee and members of the Washington Redskins. Wale dined at Tao on his second night here.

*Wolfgang Puck’s CUT Steakhouse in the Palazzo played host last night to actor and comedian Jay Mohr and wife Nikki Cox, and Charles Barkley continued his birthday celebration and a friend’s bachelor party.

Country music star Wynonna joined them later. American Idol host Ryan Seacrest dined at Botero before joining Victor’s VIP table at XS. Also at XS: DWTS professional Tony Dovolani, who earlier watched Le Reve before dinner at Sinatra, and Oakland Raiders standout Kirk Morrison, who dropped by Tony’s table.

*Comic Andrew Dice Clay celebrated his wife-of-one-week Valerie Vasquez’s birthday by joining the pajama brunch at Iron Chef Kerry Simon’s restaurant yesterday in Palms Place. After his show early this morning at the Las Vegas Hilton, the Diceman surprised Valerie with a gathering of friends in his dressing room with gifts and a birthday cake before they drove back through the night to L.A. He returns in two weeks to continue his run, and because of his great box office business now moves to the prime 9 p.m. slot.
