Celebrity and fashion photographer Carlo Roncancio shot lead singer Mickey Thomas and his band Starship during their stop in town at Eastside Cannery for a weekend concert. Carlo is headquartered here with a studio in Paradise Palms at a home once owned by Dean Martin.

Carlo worked on new promotional photos for the band’s upcoming album and invited Vegas DeLuxe along for the behind-the-scenes look at a rock and roll photo session. All the photographs in this unique gallery are courtesy of Carlo.
