Peepshow and Holly’s World blonde bombshell Holly Madison unveiled Sugar Factory’s signature Las Vegas edition Couture Pops at the Paris, home of a future mega-site Sugar Factory, on National Lollipop Day yesterday.

Mayor Oscar Goodman and the city of Las Vegas, accompanied by showgirls from Jubilee!, officially declared July 20, 2010, Sugar Factory Day in Las Vegas as Holly debuted three Las Vegas Couture Pops beneath the Eiffel Tower at the site of the 20,000-square-foot Sugar Factory location opening later this year.

Paris, Bally’s and Planet Hollywood President Marilyn Winn attended the proclamation. After the event at Paris, the group walked to Sugar Factory in Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops, where Holly shopped and prepared a Make-a-wish Milkshake.
