The starry weekend at the new Encore Beach Club and Surrender at Steve Wynn’s Encore turned into a nonstop, three-day, grand opening celebration. Among the celebrities checking out the hotspot were hometown hero and Grammy winner Ne-Yo, Paris Hilton, Reggie Bush and Jahri Evans of the New Orleans Saints, Ryan Grant of the Green Bay Packers and Steven Jackson of the St. Louis Rams. Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher returned for a second day with teammates Israel Idonije and Adewale Ogunleye.

Ne-Yo took center stage Saturday night for a 20-minute performance under the stars. During his first song “Miss Independent,” he singled out Paris from the audience and brought her onstage to dance to the hit tune. UFC President Dana White was among the revelers.

The grand opening wrapped with the debut of Kaskade Sundays featuring electronica DJ Kaskade, whose new album is Dynasty. Avatar star Sam Worthington watched the scene from a second-story cabana. Also at EBC over the weekend: Stacy Keibler and Reggie, who returned for a second day with friends and his sister. LMFAO and their Party Rock crew performed a 30-minute set to closed the weekend celebrations with a 2 a.m. start and Paris was back once again onstage to dance and sing along to “I’m in Miami, Bitch,” which of course was changed to Las Vegas in the chorus.

LMFAO played two more songs, then dedicated “I Am Not a Whore” to the ladies, who Paris referred to on the mic as “Hungry Tigers.” LMFAO told the crowd that they wouldn’t be where they are today if it wasn’t for Paris, then segued into “Shots,” which prompted Paris to down a shot onstage and continue to jump and dance with the group. Tennis legend Boris Becker was at Surrender and sat at Paris’ table.
