Congratulations to poker prince Phil Laak, who broke the 72-hour Guinness World Record for playing nonstop poker yesterday and then went on to smash the unofficial 78-hour record -- and then, in a total surprise, continued past 100 hours this afternoon.

Phil’s actress and poker-playing girlfriend Jennifer Tilly was at his side in the Bellagio Poker Room with celebration champagne when Phil won a $45,000 pot over his poker buddy Antonio Esfandiari moments before passing the 78-hour mark.

The accomplishment means Phil didn’t sleep for four days. Check back right here at Vegas DeLuxe tomorrow for a full report and photo gallery of the historic and record-breaking undertaking.
