It’s going to be a very busy few days for Peepshow headliner Holly Madison. Tomorrow night, she’ll be dressed up as a Playboy Bunny dealer at The Playboy Club in the Palms in celebration of its 50th anniversary. Then Sunday, it’s the debut of her reality TV series Holly’s World on E! Entertainment.
The Palms has the world’s only remaining Playboy Club, and it’s hosting a celebration to mark the half-century milestone. While Holly hosts here, 50 parties in 50 cities around the world will join in a global celebration of one of the most recognized icons in history.
Holly’s 10-episode series premieres Sunday with her cast lineup of Peepshow pal Josh Strickland, assistant Angel Porrino and best girlfriend Laura Croft. The show has been filming for weeks all around Las Vegas, and it’s going to provide a glimpse into Holly’s maternal side looking after Angel’s baby boy Roman.
Angel told E!: “Holly definitely wants to get married and have babies in the future. I know she really, really wants it. She looks at Roman and bonds with him, and I know she’d be a great mom and a great wife. She’s ready to settle down.”
Holly's World cast members Laura Croft, Holly Madison, Angel Porrino and Josh Strickland.
Josh added: “She just turned 30, and I think that clock is ticking. She definitely wants to have kids and settle down and find that right person.”
Could that prompt the romance with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden into becoming more serious? Josh told E!: “They absolutely like each other. They are so cute and cool together. He couldn’t be a sweeter guy. We’re waiting to see what happens because they don’t live in the same city. He’s now on tour, and he was working on his album.”
Laura added: “If she dates somebody, they’ve got to be successful and have their own life. She’s super busy and can’t have somebody 24/7.”
Holly’s dating life in Las Vegas will be shown on the series and might, over its run, involve as many as seven guy friends, Angel said. You’ll even spot me in the series when Holly’s cameras filmed her outrageous move-in-day housewarming party. Our Merry Mayor of Mirth Oscar Goodman also is one of the guest stars.

TV cameras will film Holly’s appearance at The Playboy Club tomorrow, and Luxor comedy headliner Carrot Top and magician Penn Jillette of Penn & Teller at The Rio will join her as judges for the Miss 50 talent and model contest. The winner grabs a haul of prizes, plus a presence in the 2011 Miss Playboy Club calendar. Cities also celebrating include Miami, Cancun, London, Hong Kong, San Diego, Chicago and Johannesburg.
When the first Playboy Club opened in Chicago in 1960, it revolutionized nightlife and provided a sexy, sophisticated playground for pleasure-seeking patrons to mingle with beautiful women, the social elite and the biggest names in sports and entertainment. The Playboy Club grew to be the most successful nightclub chain in history. For more than 25 years, there were 30 Playboy Clubs owned or licensed by Playboy around the world, employing more than 25,000 Playboy Bunnies and attracting more than 1 million Playboy Club Key holders.
It re-emerged here in Las Vegas at the Palms’ Fantasy Tower and is connected to Nove Italiano and Moon by glass and mirrored escalators. Every design element is custom made for The Playboy Club, from the Bunny buttons on the sofas to the collage wallpaper in the bathrooms featuring every centerfold from the past 25 years covered in shimmering glass beads.
Vegas DeLuxe will tweet from The Playboy Club tomorrow and then have our full report and photo gallery Friday.
