Hometown rocker and Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil debuted his cantina and tequila bar Tres Rios in the Las Vegas Hilton last night with a little help from wife Lia, Mr. Vegas DeLuxe Robin Leach, rap icon Flavor Flav and Zowie Bowie’s Chris Phillips, who one VIP party guest mistakenly thought was Billy Idol!

Abundant tequila shots, Lia’s Sangria and regular, strawberry, blue coconut and purple Chambord margaritas were served to guests, and the buffet in the main dining area included fish tacos, taquitos, ceviche, oysters and jalapeno poppers.
