Kim Kardashian talks dating, Matt Goss his Strip contract at Vegas party

Gorgeous reality TV star Kim Kardashian knew the moment she became single again after her long romance ended with New Orleans Saints star Reggie Bush, she would be romantically linked with just about everybody!

“It’s the story of my life,” she laughed with me at the Vegas magazine 7th anniversary party Saturday at Encore Beach Club and Surrender at Encore. “I think the latest was Justin Bieber, and how old is he -- 16? No truth to that, either. It gets pretty ridiculous after a while.”

Kim had responded to my question about rumors of new dates with Dallas Cowboy star Miles Austin. She didn’t deny it directly, but I got the distinct impression from her that it’s ether another name to toss away or it’s too early to tell where it’s going.

“It doesn’t matter who it is now that I’m single, the minute I go out with somebody or am seen with somebody, it’s an automatic major romance. Even longtime friends immediately become the next one! It’s all silly.”

I’m guessing now that there are photographs of Kim -- and sister Kourtney -- with Caesars Palace headliner Matt Goss at the magazine festivities, they might even wind up sparking another love-match frenzy. Sister Khloe Kardashian, who is wed to Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom, remained in L.A., both bedridden with the flu.

(Khloe and Kourtney stunned TV viewers last night on their Miami-based reality TV series Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami with extraordinarily candid footage of Khloe getting a bikini wax from her sister, and Kourtney being seen with her pants pulled down while sitting on the loo and breast pumping milk for her new baby Mason! If I’d known that E! Entertainment was keeping those edits intact, I’d have asked about that, too, because those scenes certainly take reality TV down to a new level of bathroom basics. I don’t know anybody who really wants to see that in the guise of entertainment. And why did the girls let the cameras keep rolling?!)

Meantime, Matt Goss was the handsome, blue-eyed, tuxedo-clad hunk all the ladies wanted to meet at the party. The cameras went into overdrive when he and his producer Robin Antin, founder of Pussycat Dolls, squeezed into a booth with the Kardashians.

Matt told me that in about two months -- or less -- he’ll let me in on all the changes he’s hoping to put into place at his home in Caesars Palace now that his contract has been renewed for three more years. For starters, the piano is back onstage so he can play to the crowds.

“We’re going to bring in some other acts during the week to keep the continuity,” said Matt, who appears at Cleopatra’s Barge lounge Fridays and Saturdays.

I suggested he try to get the whole barge decoration scheme with the moat and awkward pathways 86’d. He looked at me with those bright blue eyes sparkling and chuckled as only he can. “It’s time to say goodbye to Cleopatra and make it all a proper Gossy Lounge,” I told him.

He said he’s got a few surprises up his sleeve.

“We got off to a little bit of a rocky start here in Las Vegas. But it’s all straightened out now. We’ve just about got the show at Caesars where we want it in every respect. Now that we’re home in the room, just hold on for a little bit longer and we’ll add in the new elements -- and boy you are going to be so happy.”
