This weekend’s Fourth of July pool celebrations in our casino resorts will bring out the best beauties and their bikinis, and Planet Hollywood reaches the midpoint of its swimwear contest, which crowns the overall winner over Labor Day weekend.

Meantime, Planet Hollywood continues finding each week’s winner of the bikini contest at the Pleasure Pool, and it is contributing photographer Tom Donoghue’s pleasure to come up with creative new ways to showcase the contestants.

It really is just an excuse on our part to brighten our midweek postings -- and reflect on last weekend and plan for this coming one. There’s nothing quite like a bevy of bikini beauties to get one over the halfway hump of the week.
