Photos: NBA legends score on The Strip during March Madness

NBA Legends Clyde Drexler and James Worthy take to The Strip for March Madness.

Two legendary NBA stars have brought added excitement to the Strip during March Madness. Clyde “The Glide” Drexler and James “Big Game” Worthy thrilled basketball fans with appearances at meet-and-greets at Planet Hollywood and the Flamingo.

Clyde and James also took part in a Hoops Challenge at the O’Shea’s block party, where Flamingo comedian headliner George Wallace stopped by to handle the play-by-play commentary.

Our contributing photographer Tom Donoghue was on hand as fans got to play hoops with both stars, and Clyde’s Miller Lite Team won the challenge. To make up for the disappointment of the loss, James played on a drum set until he was composed and ready for more autograph sessions.
